[08-10 12:54:39] <khanh> Hello MOC: AVOPS just received a status update from Teem, our EventBoard service provider, that there may be a calendar synchronizing issue which could potentially cause a delay on calendar sync updates from our EventBoard (iPad). [08-10 12:57:16] <khanh> No issue is observed or reported at the moment, but can we please send out an internal comm just so everyone can be alerted of a potential delay on the eventboard updates while Teems is investigating the issue from their end? Thanks Khanh to update bug with incident information.
Teem is actively working on this issue and will continue to update us when there is more info.
Update: Teem released a hotfix that should help with performance issues. Issues have improved - but are not fully resolved according to Teem. Aug 10, 16:10 MDT Update to be provided by Teem as progress is made.
Issue is resolved according to Teem's latest incident status update at 15:06 MDT. Thanks all for the quick assistance! ~Khanh
