I saw a user on twitter with a green bar in youtube videos starting in FF55:

Safe mode fixed it and they further determined it was hardware acceleration:

Its a bit odd that this broke with the update to FF55.  Did we change something?
Likely a dupe of bug 1352016
We added native support for NV12 yuv surface (this saved a conversion to RGB), this causes this problem with some nvidia cards (with some newer drivers)
