Incorrect entry
In OSX "History" menu, there is an entry though I did not visited this website for a long time (see "Wunderlist" entry in the screenshot attached).
The entry is not visible in the "Library" window (from History -> Show all history), but is on the library menu from the UI. I also see it in Fennec on the "new Tab" page.
