Details

The related links folder only goes out and fetches a request when you double
click on the line item. Clicking the twisty doesn't do anything.

I don't think this is valid anymore with some of the more recent UI changes.
There is a bug 17675 which may be a duplicate of this, but is little more
descriptive. Anyone?
