13897 - Folders in "Related Links" info don't have the proper folder icon

Since today appears to be "Related Links" bugs day, here's one:  folders in the
"Related Links" data don't get a "folder"ish icon.

[Note: after bug # 13892 is fixed, do this: ]

Load in "http://www.mozilla.org", then open the sidebar, and double-click on
"Related Links" in the "Related Links" sidebar panel.  You should see the
RL-info for that site. Scroll down until you see "Site Info for
www.mozilla.org".  That's really a container and can be double-clicked on to
open it to see more, but it doesn't have a container icon.

I fixed this problem a while ago when some other RL bugs were squashed... so
marking as FIXED.
