Details

Run the profile manager. Mouse over any of the 4 buttons at the bottom of the
window (back/next/cancel/finish).

Watch as they shrink when the mouse enters them by a pixel or two and then grow
when th mouse leaves.

Gayatri, please check around and make sure this isn't something we're doing
wrong in our XUL.  Compare to other pages with buttons to see if we're unique in
this.  If it's a general problem, then reassign it to the appropriate person
(probably Hyatt.)
