Description

a month ago
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:55.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/55.0
Build ID: 20170809080026

Steps to reproduce:

Just a YouTube video playback

Actual results:

After some seconds from the start of the video, FireFox crashed with the signature "Crash in mozilla::SegmentedVector<T>::SegmentImpl<T>::`scalar deleting destructor'':

This bug was filed from the Socorro interface and is
report bp-f34ba68c-5d3c-4eb3-b5d3-8f1331170814.
=============================================================

Expected results:

Normal continuous playback.
Even though the specific signature is new to me, FireFox has become crashing quite regularly during YouTube playback in the latest versions of the browser (starting with the version 54 or even maybe 53).

Andrew, do you recall seeing other crashes like this? It looks like there's a couple different root causes mixed up in the SegmentedVector signatures, though...

The crash report from comment 0 might be a signature change from bug 738653.
Flags: needinfo?(continuation)
I see a few that look like the longstanding DeferredFinalizer crash.
