1390083 - Add Discourse and Moderator to internal/public statuspages

In https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1329761#c14 Discourse was added to statuspage, but it seems to no longer be there. Can we get it re-added with its new domain name, discourse.mozilla.org?

We added discourse to the public status page in bug 1329761, and it is still present there [1]. We can also add to the internal, LDAP protected site if that is needed. I have updated the URL in the public status page.

Yeah, lets put it on the internal page too. Additionally, can we also get moderator.mozilla.org on both as it's an public but internal tool for meetings?

We (the MOC) do not seem to have any current monitoring for moderator.mozilla.org.

We monitor it in our own pingdom account, and we have a alert webhook which should be able to change the status on statuspage. I believe that's how some of our other checks work.

Yousef, I have added discourse to the internal page and moderator to both internal/private pages. StatusPage.io currently only allows email hooks to update status' for our custom components. 

Can you create a Pingdom escalation policy to send two emails for Moderator, so that internal and public components are updated? If so, I'll send you the two integration email addresses to use.

It turns out I don't have any endpoint addresses for Discourse (neither internal or public), so can I get those too please?
