It's all too easy to not realise jobs are hidden because of the tier filters or visibility profiles and spend ages trying to track down why they appear in eg the Taskcluster inspector but not in Treeherder (latest example: bug 1390192).

We should perhaps display a "and N jobs not shown" somewhere in the UI. (This of course requires us to return all jobs from the API and filter UI side - but I think we decided we might be doing that anyway as part of bug 1387640 ?)
