1. Add "Bookmarks toolbar" to "Toolbar" (top bar)



Actual results:

1. Remain extra padding under of Toolbar


Expected results:

1. No extra padding, same "Bookmarks toolbar" is hide

You can individually hide the toolbar and add/remove items. If you don't want the toolbar, you can right click the main toolbar and untick "Bookmarks Toolbar".

I don't think we should try to build logic to automatically hide/unhide the toolbar based on customizable items being added to it (or not).
