139052 - Mail account wizard has blank buttons

After installing 1.0RC1 for MacOS X, I clicked on a mailto: link.
The message composition window was created, but Mozilla did not use my previous
account settings (separate bug).  Instead, it put up the Account Wizard.  The
panes of the wizard contain blank buttons.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install build. 
2. Click on a mailto: link.
3. Account wizard will appear.  Note button appearance. 

Actual Results:  Blank buttons on account wizard panels. 


Expected Results:  
1. Should have used previous account information.
2. Failing that, the wizard panels should have been correctly rendered.



This (1.0RC1, 2002041712) is the first build that did not use my previous
mail/news account settings. Perhaps they became corrupted. 
This has not happened before.  In any case, there is a UI problem.
