Details

STR:
1) Enable talkback in accessibility menu
2) Open tabs tray
3) Swipe right

Expected: back button selected
Actual: "menu button"

4) Continue swiping right until, "Multipage list. Swipe with two fingers..."
5) Swipe right

Expected: loop around such that back button selected
Actual: "Top sites, bookmarks, history"

I don't know if this is a regression from photon or an existing issue.

I found this video helpful for explaining how to use talkback and what types of changes you should make to adapt your app for talkback navigation:

https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/ui/accessibility/index.html#developing-accessible-apps-for-blind-and-visually-impaired-users
I guess when TabPanel shows, the focus was still on tab count icon. If you swipe right, you'll go to menu icon. And if you swipe left, you'll to to url bar

agree with P3, likely not for 58 (even 59).
