139069 - Shut-down mail window won't be started again

Unless in earlier builds, in RC1 (Build 2002041711, WinXP) I cannot restart a
mail windows once I've closed it. In versions 0.9.9 and earlier, I could check
(and send) mail, close the mail window, keep the browser window open and open a
mail window whenever I needed it.

In RC 1/WinXP, once the mail client is shut down, it stays down and won't
restart until I logout/login again. Not even shutting down/restarting Mozilla is
any help. Apparently the mail window keeps running someplace, although I can't
find ii in the Task List.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run Mozilla, open mail window.
2. Close mail window, keep browser window open or close browser window, too.
3. Mail windows won't restart until I logout/login again. Rebooting probably has
the same effect.

This is caused by using a thirdparty theme.
There was a recent change that broke thirdparty themes from working correctly in
this regard.
You will need to wait for updated versions of the skins.
For now you will need to use Classic/Modern.
