Is it possible to change the default value of the tracking-fxios field? If so, can that field be set to '?' by default?
Dylan, I don't have access to edit tracking flags, so would you check on this?

I put the ? option at the top, but I can't remove the --- option. The difficulty here is that --- means "no option / no value". In the new bug form we should be able to support defaulting fields, but otherwise there's no way to accomplish this.
WONTFIX here means "CANTFIX", at least not without a lot of work.
