I put this link in the other bug for a reason: once a string lands in mozilla-central, you need to update the ID to fix errors. It's painful, and one more reason to review strings before they land. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Localization/Localization_content_best_practices#Changing_existing_strings
