Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch TalkBack.
2. Under the latest Firefox released to the Play Store (55.X), visit any website. https://news.ycombinator.com, for instance.
3. Touch a story on the page to focus it.
4. Swipe left, right, or attempt to engage continuous read.


Actual results:

Nothing.


Expected results:

Accessibility focus should move, or text should be read continuously.
