Accessibility: swiping/continuous read broken under Talk
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Fedora; Linux x86_64; rv:55.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/55.0 Build ID: 20170809110116 Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch TalkBack. 2. Under the latest Firefox released to the Play Store (55.X), visit any website. https://news.ycombinator.com, for instance. 3. Touch a story on the page to focus it. 4. Swipe left, right, or attempt to engage continuous read. Actual results: Nothing. Expected results: Accessibility focus should move, or text should be read continuously.

Priority: -- → P3
let's decide during sprint planning
agree P3, and we should start to reserve more bug-fixing time (than new feature development) since 58.
Re-triaging per https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1473195 Needinfo :susheel if you think this bug should be re-triaged.
