1391578 - "Report deceptive site…" menu item should use title capitalization

Description

In the Help menu, the "Report deceptive site…" item should be labeled "Report Deceptive Site…" instead.

This needs to be fixed in browser/locales/en-US/chrome/browser/safebrowsing/report-phishing.dtd.

hi Dao, I am getting this error "cannot submit reviews referencing multiple bugs" while pushing for review. What can be the possible reason for it.

You can see your commits using hg out. You likely made another commit before this one. If you want to submit only the latest commit, use:

hg push review -c tip

Although at some point you should probably clean this up and remove any old commit(s) using hg strip tip.
