Details

Please deploy TLS Observatory 1.2.22 to stage, QA the new stats endpoint, then deploy to prod.
Deployed to stage, but I can't really tell if it's any faster, because the stats endpoint is very fast anyway in stage. I also don't have permission to make the database migration in prod, so I can't deploy to prod.
