If you visit a domain with an internationalized domain like http://www.транспорт.com/ or https://гном.срб/ The punycode version shows on the new tab page which makes the domain unusable. We should at least be using the proper domain. Honestly, we should be using titles. Top level domains are too diverse to try to standardize these for new tab.

After visiting the given domains, the puny code version doesn't show on the new tab, and it uses the correct style. Verified as fixed using latest Nightly 57.0a1 Build ID 20170917220255, on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.12 and Linux 86x64.
