using 9/15 build of apprunner on all platforms: 1) launch apprunner 2) File | New blank Window 3) immediately click on either Bold | Italic | Underline 4) now start typing some chars... notice the text you just typed is normal text and is not bold or italic or underline (depending on what you chose). works fine in 4.x all platforms..

using build 19991111 on win95 and Mac it works fine, using 19991112 on Linux it works fine. Found 2 bugs while doing this and petersen will submit them. What I did was this: 1. launched apprunner 2. selected File | New | Edit Blank Page 3. ensured editor window had focus by selecting titlebar 4. selected Bold from Formatting Toolbar 5. set focus in the window and began to type Result: text displayed as bold
