Details
Dev, Stage and Prod have their `DJANGO_SYMBOL_URLS` environment variable being a string of two URIs. E.g. `DJANGO_SYMBOL_URLS=https://s3.amazonaws.com/symbols-public-dev,https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/org.mozilla.crash-stats.symbols-public/v1/?access=public`
That second URI ('https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/org.mozilla.crash-stats.symbols-public/v1/?access=public') needs to be removed.

Miles, I discovered that relying on that old web-eng S3 URI was causing too much trouble (long story, but happy to share if you care).
Thing is, by the time we start switching to actually use Tecken for Socorro AND for the Symbolication service, Tecken would then be pointing to 1 S3 bucket that has everything.
