this is trending to be a high frequency failure, wanted to catch this early on if possible, seems to be win7-debug only and e10s specific.

we are crashing on shutdown (I think we are not shutting down in the allocated time and then force the browser to crash).

:vp, do you have any idea why this might be happening?
