30 failures in 3 days, lets get this investigated:

keep in mind some failures are on pine and try, but in 3 days this is a lot of failures.

:miketaylr, I see you updated the test recently, would you happen to be able to look into this failure or help find someone who could?

Seems like windows7-32 debug really hates these tests. Lemme push this tweak to try and see if it's any better
