1392099 - Tab title font weight is too light and flicker when mouse over

Steps to reproduce:

1) Open 10 tabs
2) go over one with the mouse

(test was done on macOS)


Actual results:

The title font weight look very thine and render badely (not high density display) and flicker on mouse hover. It become worst when their is more tabs (see screenshot).

Tab after the tab where the mouse is hover also play the animation.


Expected results:

- The font should look super clean.
- Over effect should feel natural.
- On over other tabs should not have animations (at least not this one).
