Instead of using up to four PNG images for the dropmarker we can use one SVG.

This patch exchanges all occurrences of toolbarbutton-arrow.png with the toolbarbutton-arrow.svg.

Hmm, quite different, is that intentional?
Yes, it's more like we have on Windows now. Also Mac and some Linux themes use the arrow instead of the triangle.
