STR:
- open devtools on any page
- dock devtools to the right of the window
- make devtools very narrow

==> At some stage, there isn't enough space for all the filters to fit on a single line along with the clear cache checkbox+label. So the label starts wrapping, and that causes the whole toolbar to grow in height.

The toolbar should not grow. We have many toolbars in devtools and they're all ~24px high I think, they need to stay this way, in order to be consistent.
I think the label should have an ellipsis (and maybe the filter buttons too?).
