The nsIDOMWindow is an XPCOM type and not part of the web platform we’re using in content scripts.

This doesn’t block marionette-window-tracking in reality, but I am attempting to split that WIP patch up in landable chunks, so slightly overloading the meaning of a blocking bug in this regard.
