Details
It'd be nice to be able to run elmo with just read-only access to the database. That'd be safer for experimental deploys that like read access to the production database.
Not sure if this is straightforward, in particular around sessions and django-session-csrf.

Actually I'm not going to even try this. We also have a way to set up stage environments now.
