As the page was loading i realized i needed to go into another section. The
links for the preference sections had already been displayed, but not the rest
of the page. I clicked on of them at the same time the rest of the page
appeared, but somehow the links and the header underneath them disappeared.
Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce
Steps to Reproduce:
Actual Results: part of the page was dropped into /dev/null! ahh.. sorry
Expected Results: should have just followed the link.

no reply from reporter for 6 weeks
resolving WFM current trunk win2k and linux
reporter please reopen if you can still reproduce this bug with a current build
