Follow up to Bug 1391719

We are skipping 4 tests on windows as part of release 0.12 of the debugger.

It seems very likely that the failures are due to a focus issue on Windows. We attempt to press the "search" shortcut but nothing happens. We should try to force the focus on the debugger panel before triggering the shortcut.

We'll do this in the next nightly. The tests should be passing now
