User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0 Build ID: 20170823100553 Steps to reproduce: 1. Right-click a bookmark on the bookmark toolbar 2. Choose 'Properties' Actual results: Properties window opens, but has no surrounding chrome (is transparent) - see attachment. Expected results: Properties window looks like other modal windows.
