BuildID: 2002041503
Animated GIFs that update small portions of the entire image, are not displayed
properly. The unupdated portions are erased.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an animated GIF that uses partial updates.
Actual Results: When a partial update is performed, only the updated area is
visible.
Expected Results: The entire image should be visible.
I don't ever remember seeing this problem in previous builds, but I'm not
sure... I'm going to go and download the latest nightly build after submitting
this, and check if it's still there.
