build 2002041711 win32 (1.0rc1)

Since upgrading to Mozilla 1.0rc1, the AARNet Mirror home page (only accessible
from AU & NZ) now shows about 7 lines of odd text at the top; it appears to be
XML comments.

It seems like the page hasn't been changed since February 2002, so any recent
changes in XML handling could be related to this problem.

I've notified the webmaster of this problem.
