Device:  
 - HTC 10 (Android 7.0);
 - Huawei Honor 5X (Android 5.1.1);
 - Oneplus Two (Android 6.0.1);
 - Huawei MediaPad M2 (Android 5.1.1).

Build: 
 - Nightly 57.0a1 (2017-08-23);

Steps to reproduce:
 1. Open Fennec and turn device to landscape mode;
 2. In the welcome screen scroll up and down;
 3. When reaching the top or bottom of the page swipe right.

Expected result:
 The scrollbar is not visible.

Actual result:
 The scrollbar is visible when swiping right.

Notes:
 If swiping left the scrollbar is not visible.

I suggest disabling the horizontal mode when the user is browsing the onboarding page.
