When we migrated stage to ES 5 we lost the socorro201733 index.

These are the _cat/indices on stage. 

We are missing socorro201731, socorro201732, and socorro201733.

Also, the 201716 and 201717 look suspiciously small.

This is now fixed. The problem is that the proxy instance in webeng was forwarding to the wrong ES5 cluster (oops!).
