Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Firefox in Maximized window


Actual results:

First tab lost it's left border. This issue really visible when user open Private Window and/or when the left arrow shows up in case of too much tabs. See the image attached for exampl.


Expected results:

First tab should have left border.
