Bug 1390249 adds PingCentre.jsm which will be used by the Activity Stream extension once this PR is merged into m-c: https://github.com/mozilla/activity-stream/pull/3140 At that point, PingCentre.jsm should no longer be included in browser/base/content/test/static/browser_all_files_referenced.js
