Details

Once - all services from relengapi are ported to heroku - and traffic is redirected to new URLs - we need to check if there is any traffic still coming to old relengapi services And if there is not (or very minimal) traffic we can decide to turn off. Make sure you announce this enough in advance and be around IRC to help if there are some problems.
