Email: qianlicao@outlook.com

User's account has been locked because the confirmation email was returned.
He/She has called the customer-service of outlook, they told him/her there was no log about returning the confirmation email.
He/She tried to sign in again the next day, but still failed.


I tried with an outlook email(which is for testing) - b2g.l10n@outlook.com,
it has been locked too. Maybe something went wrong with all outlook email?

Thanks for the report, it should now be possible for the user to log in again.
