"Add application" notification bar

Attaching screenshot from Nightly 57.0a1 (2017-08-26, Build ID 20170826100418) on macOS.
What's wrong with the current styling / what different styling would you expect?

Inconsistency in button styling, for example. The buttons in the sidebar (History > View), Preferences are all square. The notification buttons are rounded. I would expect them to look something similar to the informational "ISSUES?" tip in [1].

Also, from the screenshot - the text is vertically off-center, not inline with the favicon on the left and the button on the right.
