I opened Thunderbird, and my multiple email accounts are wiped,
Thunderbird make me to set up new account.

This looks like a support case. With the two line report we don't have the chance to figure out what's going on.
Please get some help at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/thunderbird.
If you find steps to cause this behaviour, please let us know.
Most likely, you deleted/moved/corrupted the usually hidden .thunderbird directory in your Linux home directory, so TB lost its information store.
