User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:55.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/55.0
Build ID: 20170816204344

Steps to reproduce:

Used same settings as on Windows 7. "Always ask you where to save files" in Preferences.

Actual results:

When a download occurs, there is not prompt. Instead, the only choices are to run a program or save the file. If one selects to run a program, the file is opened in that program. If one selects to save the file, the file is not saved. No files shown as saved when clicking on the Down Arrow in the toolbar to view downloads, there are none shown.

If on the other hand, the preferences is to download to a specific folder, the download works.

Expected results:

The user should be prompted to select a folder.
