Sometime since yesterday or so, the downloads button on the toolbar has mysteriously disappeared by itself.

I assume that this is some blessed behaviour by our UX overlords, but if it's not, I'd like to report this.

It's pretty much the UI element I use the most, and it's disappearance is baffling. I tried looking under the Library-like icon that was left in it's place, but that only seems to have history and whatnot.

The download library dialog doesn't seem to be reachable at all from anywhere apart from via Ctrl-J shortcut now that the downloads arrow is gone. Is that in the process of being eradicated?
