* focuses mostly on content, not on format. once we have an approved version, I will create a wiki page and format the text properly.
* more things can be added/amended once it's up

Looks pretty good to me. Not sure where master restarts fit best, could be as a 'Three weekly' section or just in response to nagios in Daily 5.

Spelling nit - s/heard/hard/
Grammar nit - 'maintaining documentation up-to-date' -> 'maintaining documentation' or 'keeping documentation up-to-date'.
