I'm not sure what nubis is doing for dependencies now, but this adds a new module (Algorithm::Bloomfilter).
I can't generate deps for centos7/amazonlinux on circleci due to a bug in their docker implementation -- so, err. I'm not sure what to do for nubis.

:dylan, I'm not certain how we'll add it to the nubis build. I've not added a package before. Does gozer or fubar usually add the packages? (I can look back through old bugs and pr's to see how)

I've added the updated bmo code to bmo-nubis to kick off the staging build an deploy.
:gozer, here is a new bmo-nubis deploy that we need to re-build as production (I need the access to re-build restored on my account in jenkins). Thanks!
