This was a Firefox OS initiative and is no longer necessary. Thanks!
No app activity for 2 years & have checked you are the primary maintainer of the app -> app deleted. Many thanks for suggesting the cleanup :-)

FWIW, the heroku app is still linked from the description of https://github.com/chuckharmston/makemanifest (which now 404's, but someday might do something else).
