I'm undecided. There is certainly a missing component regarding streaming datasets; but the per-dataset component might be difficult to continue to do moving forward (for example: do we add a new component now for heavy_users?). error_aggregates does seem to have reached both an audience and stability threshold that we should consider it a new component (if we want). Any thoughts on this?

I recommend holding off on creating new components until we're planning to dedicate significant time to development. If we're hoping this work wraps up quickly, I wouldn't start a new component.

That said, what do you think, Frank?

If that is the threshold, then we should have added this component a long time ago :)

I don't think Mission Control or error_aggregates will "wrap up quickly"; in this case let's make a component.
