Occasionally (maybe every 5th or 6th time on the average), the page for
my.yahoo.com gets drawn with a partially black background rather than the white
background. This also happens occasionally with some of the links to stories.
The page is always rendered correctly the 1st time, but sometimes incorrectly
when re-visited using the browser's back button or the reload page button.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to my.yahoo.com
2.link to a story
3.Click on the Back button

Actual Results:  The page is sometimes rendered with a portion of the background
in black.

Expected Results:  The page background should be all white.

I can send an snapshot showing the appearance of the page on request.

I was just looking through layout bugs and found one which looks like it
describes exactly the same as this one, except a different URL. The Bug number
is 138968. I had done a keyword search, but missed it.
