To the right of the URL bar, on Firefox for Android Beta, there is a _super-tiny_ download arrow. Almost invisible on hidpi screens.
I don't know what we should be doing there, but probably not this?

At first pageload, as far as I can tell. Open browser, open any page, there it is after pageload completes.

Hi Mike,
Feels like you have an addon installed: Flash Video Downloader.(https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/android/addon/flash-video-downloader/) I guess that is the reason why there is a nano download icon.
After extract the xpi, looks like they provided several resolution of icons through /lib/panels.js.
flash_video_downloader/data/images/icons_panel/fvd-icon-download-16.png
flash_video_downloader/data/images/icons_panel/fvd-icon-download-18.png
flash_video_downloader/data/images/icons_panel/fvd-icon-download-32.png
flash_video_downloader/data/images/icons_panel/fvd-icon-download-36.png
flash_video_downloader/data/images/icons_panel/fvd-icon-download-64.png
but always display fallback default ones: data/images/fvd.png
Maybe we can have addon team to help on this bug? Thanks.

Holy cow, you're right. I'd completely forgotten about that!
Restarting without that addon installed fixes this issue for me.

This is up to the add-on author to fix, not us. Please note that this looks like its currently a legacy add-on and would need to be updated to a WebExtension anyway.
