Steps to reproduce:

I have level 1 access, and I'd like to transfer it to a new email address.

Old email: nicolaso@google.com
New email: nicolas.ouellet.payeur@gmail.com

My SSH key is still the same as before.
Assignee: nobody → vhua
Status: UNCONFIRMED → ASSIGNED
Ever confirmed: true

I've created the new account nicolas.ouellet.payeur@gmail.com and transferred over the access.  Will you still be using nicolaso@google.com?  Otherwise I will disable it.

No, I won't be using nicolaso@google.com anymore. You can disable it.
